About Us - Ciao Ciao Preschool

Ciao Ciao Pre-School is a non- for- profit nursery, open term time (38 weeks/year as school), Monday to Friday, from 8.30 am to 3:30 pm, for children aged 2,3,4 years old.
At Ciao Ciao Preschool, we are passionate about providing a Montessori inspired education that nurtures young minds. Our unique approach includes a bilingual curriculum (Italian-English) and outdoor learning experiences, all designed to foster curiosity and a love for learning in every child.

Ciao Ciao Preschool began as a dream to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children in South London. Our founder, an experienced educator and devoted parent, was inspired by the Montessori philosophy and its emphasis on child-led learning. Combining this with a bilingual approach and ample outdoor activities, we aim to offer a holistic education that respects each child's pace and interests. Our team is dedicated to creating a warm, inclusive, and engaging atmosphere where children feel safe and excited to learn. We believe that education is not just about academics; it's about fostering creativity, independence, and a lifelong love of discovery. With our unique blend of Montessori methods, bilingual instruction, and hands-on outdoor experiences, we are committed to helping each child reach their full potential. We will be part of Lambeth Community: Brixton, Camberwell, Oval, Stockwell, Myatt's Field.

Free-Community Activities

Every Wednesday, we open our doors for a free "Stay and Play" session for local families—an opportunity to connect, explore, and enjoy early years activities together.

We are also planning to offer free afternoon sessions, including an Art Class for primary-aged children and an Italian Class for older children, depending on the availability of government funding.

Once a month, we also host a collaborative show with Christ Church, celebrating the children's achievements.

We also organize two fairs with CC Primary School for Christmas and for the summer Term.

Free-Training and Volunteer Opportunity

We would  like to offer free training for volunteers who are interested in starting a career in early years education. This opportunity is aimed at individuals passionate about working with young children and eager to gain hands-on experience in a supportive, nurturing environment. In addition, there may be an opportunity to study for a Level 3 Childcare qualification at no cost, depending on funding availability.
